Analyze if, over the generations there has been a shift in levels of education and age of marriage for girls and boys. Share with your extended family in the form of a chart. Task no.- FR5SS1 Experience – My name is Manish Jaiswal, when I was doing my task, I had gain many unknown information and knowledge about my family background. I have well known about my three generation’s (from 1960 to till date). I had got a chance to Know about the social law regarding my own family background. The age of marriage is very significant for my family ancestors in respect of both genders. I had experienced that there is no respect for doing something new: I had gain knowledge from my experience that how to talk with elders for their recollection of memories. Memories always not sweet but it shows the pathway, how we crossed hurdles through our family tree and changes are notified. Learning- While doing the task, I had learnt many lessons, those are given in the following: 1. Through intergenerational dialogue, we recollect 60 years / three generation’s (from 1960 to till date) History. 2. Learn how to make Family Tree and oriented our own family culture. 3. Learn more about behavior pattern and respect to elders. 4. Gaining Knowledge and transforming in to generation after generation( including loss of knowledge and loss of memory ) 5. Gathered Self Confidence, Patience, Anger Control, Negotiation and other related life skills. Challenges – 1. To find out actual accepted information / Data. 2. To setup interview schedule, as per elders reluctant time. 3. To Find a Perfect and reasonable way to talk with elders. 4. To be bold enough to face the elders regarding their personal information. 5. Prepare proper interview schedule and situation ,as well as documentation for elders.
