Experience-
The peer identified three manifestations of violence against children and initiated a discussion with her friends on their experiences and identified the ways to stop these incidents in future.
- In different schools and colleges, senior students rag juniors. To stop these, we need to inform elderlies, guardians and teachers. If the ragging goes on after that, then the headmaster should take necessary steps.
- Children are persecuted in many communities or in different homes. To stop such incidents, we should aware the citizens and if it still continues, the matter should be reported to the police.
- In many cities and villages, children get abused. The only remedy is to inform the police about the matter and ensure legal actions against the culprits.
